Warning letters were sent to the following producers for offering calves or cattle for sale that contained illegal drug residues in edible tissue:

  • William F. Carroll, Ridgeley, MD
  • David N. Willis, Greensboro, MD
  • Frank Thompson, Union Bridge, MD
  • R.M. Kennedy, Edinsburg, VA

The following dairy owners were sent warning letters for offering cull dairy cows with illegal residues of antibiotics for sale for food:

  • Ernest Deniz, Petaluma, CA
  • Michael Gallo, Atwater, CA
  • Edward Pacheco, Galt, CA
  • Richard Atsma, McFarland, CA
  • Henry Tosta, Tracy, CA
  • Heduyno Brasil, Tipton, CA
  • Arthur George, Wilton, CA

A warning letter was sent to Supersweet West G.P., Garden City, KS, for deviations from the Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations for medicated feed.
