The following firms/individuals received warning letters for offering animals
for slaughter that contained illegal drug residues:
- Ridge View Farms, Inc., Champlain, NY
- Gilbert Teixeira, Turlock, CA
- S and S Dairy, Visalia, CA
- Raymond Lopes, Newman, CA
These violations involved illegal residues of penicillin in cull cows, residues
of tetracycline in a cull calf, and residues of neomycin and penicillin in a
bull calf.
The following firms received warning letters for deviations from the Good
Manufacturing Practice (GMP) regulations:
- Ulysses Feedyard, Ulysses, KS
- C.Y. Cattle Co., Gove, KS
- Callicrate Cattle Co., St. Francis, KS
- Cheyenne County Feedyard, St. Francis, KS
- Lane County Feeders, Inc., Dighton, KS
- Brookover Cattle Co., Scott City, KS
- Griffith Cattle Co., Scott City, KS
- Fowler Feeders, Inc., Fowler, KS
- Ford County Feed Yards, Inc., Ford, KS
- 5-N Feeders, Inc., Johnson, KS
- Fort Hays Branch Agricultural Experimental Station, Hays, KS
- HRC III, Scott City, KS
- Halford Cattle Co., Inc., Colby, KS
- Ripon Milling Co., Inc., Ripon, CA
- J.S. West Milling Co., Modesto, CA
